Dipti’s quest for a Beach Shape Body











{February 3, 2009}   after a long break

well m back after a really long break… n m happy dat i have stuck to the nutrition program…

no rice xcept only once (had to attend a function and nothing but rice was served :( )

well today

had breakfast pretty early 3 chapatis with tomato curry at 9:30 AM

followed by 2 chapatis for lunch at 3:00 PM

and 2 rotis n a carrot for dinner at 9:30 pm

missed gym as had to go out with regard to my project work.



{January 12, 2009}   Day 7 -11th Jan 2009

Day 7.. i.e. one week :)

m happy dat i successfully completed 1 week of the nutrition program :)

since it is a sunday. no gym.

i jus stuck to the diet today without any physical exertion

had lime+honey+warm water

avalakki for brunch at 12:00 AM

a strawberry+2 almonds

1 apple+ mosru avalakki afor lunch and dinner

 

at the end of day 7: feelin good..

kinda hav a feeling i sud have gone to the gym.



{January 10, 2009}   Day 6- 10th Jan 2009

woke up early (i feel 9:00 AM is early ;) )

275 skippings

skipped the exercises as my body was achin a bit too much(though lesser than last nite)

GYM: 45 mins (mom came along ;) )

bending exercises for  10 miins

cycling for 5 mins

stretchin exercises for 10 mins

treadmill for 17 mins (burnt 150 cal)

5 mins exercised with the dumbbell(4 kgs)

cant believe all the body pain i had, reduced by aaround 75% once i was back home from the gym :)

had brunch at 12:30: 3 chapati + brinjal bhartha

had an orange+2 almonds+2pistas+1/2 an apple

had 2 chapatis at 5:00 clock.



{January 10, 2009}   Day5-9th Jan 2009

woke up in the morning… 

jus did 275 skippings

didnt do any of the exercises as my trainer at the gym would make me do it

warm water+honey+lime

 

spent 45 mins at the gym(day 2)

15 mins on treadmill

5 mins on cycling

and the remaining 25 mins comprising of  various bending,, stretching exercises..

bending esercises with 4 kg dumbel.

2 almonds+avalakki for the brunch at 12:00 AM

1 strawberry+2almonds+an apple at 3:00PM

even at 5:00 avalakki upit(had a little xtra as i was very hungry)

shuttle for half an hour

dinner at 11:00  PM – cucumber+2 almonds+5 marie biscuits.

 

HOW I felt at the end of the day…. severe pain all over the body.. felt it was immpossible to move, cudnt bend.. it was very painfull..

incresed the intake of water to around 2 L.

body achin like crazy..



{January 9, 2009}   Day 4- 8th Jan 2009

feelin excited abt the gym, woke up at 9 (too late for a jog)

275 skipping (increased by 25 counts)

40 situps

10 f-b bendin

10 sideways

15 crunches

had warmwater+lime+honey

then headed towards gym

@ GYM: 30 mins

10 mins treadmill @ 3 kmph

2 sets of 4 kinds of bending exercises

cycling for 5 mins

2 sets of diff s stretching exercises

back home, had 4 phulka(no oil at all) with curds n “chatnipudi” at 12:30PM

at 2:00PM had an orange and an apple with 2 almonds and a strawberry too

played shuttle for 30mins

at around 7:00 PM had uppit and 2 almonds

and had the same at 9:00PM too

HOW i felt at the end of day 4: too good

all the cramps slowly disappeared

feelin good

feelin FIT

not feelin lazy :)

improved the intake of water to about 2 L
