well m back after a really long break… n m happy dat i have stuck to the nutrition program…
no rice xcept only once (had to attend a function and nothing but rice was served
)
well today
had breakfast pretty early 3 chapatis with tomato curry at 9:30 AM
followed by 2 chapatis for lunch at 3:00 PM
and 2 rotis n a carrot for dinner at 9:30 pm
missed gym as had to go out with regard to my project work.
